The core mission is to break down barriers and advance equality in the world of tech entrepreneurship. Women entrepreneurs in the IT sector encounter numerous challenges, including biases from investors, stereotyping, and a lack of role models, all of which hinder their representation in the industry.

According to Crunchbase, a mere 2.3% of venture funding is directed towards startups led by women. The goal is to challenge this statistic and drive change. We are committed to identifying exceptional startups led by women and providing them with the support they need to shine brightly. Eligibility Criteria:

• Woman Founder: The startup must be founded or co-founded and led by a female entrepreneur.
• Funding Stage: The startup should not have received investments exceeding $4 million in funding, including the seed round.
• Operational Time: The startup must be no more than 5 years old.
• Minimum Viable Product (MVP): The startup should have a functional prototype. Applications with only an idea will not be considered.
