To be eligible for Beit Trust Postgraduate Scholarships, applicants must hold acceptances from the esteemed universities listed below. Prospective scholars must initiate their application process by seeking and securing acceptance from a Beit Partner University prior to applying for the scholarship.
These partner universities offer a one-year taught Master’s program in the UK, and a two-year taught Master’s program in South Africa. Both programs integrate a research component, and candidates must have achieved Honours (First or Upper Second or equivalent) during their undergraduate studies.
Eligibility Criteria:
•Support exclusively for nationals of Zambia, Zimbabwe, or Malawi.
•They must have permanent residency and intend to return after studies.
•Applicants should be below 35 years old by December 31, 2023.
•Relevant work experience recommended and influences scholarship decisions.
•Medical Doctors and Veterinarians need 18 months internship, plus one-year rural posting.
•Applications from ongoing course students not considered.
•Only candidates with top-level undergraduate degrees eligible.
