Eligibility for Émile Boutmy Scholarships:
•First-time applicants from a non-European Union state.
•Household does not file taxes within the European Union.
•Admitted to the Undergraduate or Master’s programme at Sciences Po.
•Candidates with dual citizenship, including an EU citizenship.
•Candidates from Quebec for master’s degree (eligible for sliding scale fees like European applicants).
•Master’s level dual-degree candidates (specific dual degrees outlined in eligibility criteria).
Ph.D. programme students (thesis).
•Candidates for the 1-year Master’s programmes.
Bachelor dual degree candidates (unless part of a specific agreement).
•Exchange students.
•Candidates applying via the French graduate admission procedure.
Required Documents:
For undergraduate level: Proof of income and documents explaining family situation (e.g., income tax return for both parents, payslips, divorce certificate, etc.).
Graduate level: There is no need of additional documents required but proof of income maybe requested if necessary.
