This initiative, facilitated by Colgate-Palmolive South Africa, invites early career graduates to commence their professional journey in commercial roles such as Customer Development, Customer Service & Logistics, and Marketing.
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum B.Com Honours Degree in Strategic Marketing, Management, Business Management, or related fields, including Digital/Analytics.
- Have 0-2 years of work experience.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and numerically proficient.
- Outcome-driven with notable leadership skills, and adept at teamwork.
- Exhibit proficiency in implementation, team building, collaboration, and project management.
- Capable of performing well under time constraints.
Duration and Reward:
Successful candidates will undergo a structured learning experience through job rotations and project assignments. Following the fruitful completion of the 24-month program, the Commercial Trainee may be offered a permanent position within the company, contingent on performance and business requirements.
