Eligibility Criteria:
- No Doctoral Degree: Candidates must not possess a doctoral degree at the application deadline.
- Nationality: Open to candidates of all nationalities, with specific mobility rules. Candidates must not have resided in the Netherlands for more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately before the application deadline.
- Entry Requirements: Hold a university degree enabling enrollment in a Dutch doctoral program (MA, MSc, or LLM) dated less than 10 years prior to the call deadline.
- English Proficiency: Demonstrate a high level of English proficiency, assessed during the selection interview.
