The University of Melbourne offers the International Undergraduate Scholarship to high-achieving international students in recognition of their outstanding academic performance. These scholarships are available for all undergraduate degrees offered at the University of Melbourne, with up to 1000 awards.
Scholarship Details:
- The scholarship provides either:
- $10,000 tuition fee remission in the first year of an undergraduate degree,
- 50% fee remission for the three-year duration of an undergraduate degree, or
- 100% fee remission for the three-year duration of an undergraduate degree.
Eligibility Criteria: To be in consideration for a fee remission scholarship, applicants must:
- Be citizens of not permanent residents of Australia.
- Have received an unconditional offer for an undergraduate course.
- Have achieved excellent final year school results, meeting specific criteria for various educational systems.
- Not have previously under any tertiary studies, excluding ex studies completed as part of a year 12 program.
Application Process:
You don’t require a separate application . Eligible students who have received an unconditional offer for admission to an undergraduate degree will be in consideration.
- The admissions deadline was 30 November 2023 for Semester 1, 2024, and 31 May 2024 for Semester 2, 2024 (July intake).
