The University of Oulu, Finland, is seeking applications for a doctoral researcher position in the Hybrid Intelligence: Human-AI Co-evolution and Learning in multi-realities (HI) research programme. Supported by the Academy of Finland, this opportunity offers a dynamic role within the Faculty of Education and Psychology’s Learning and Learning Process, fostering international collaboration and cutting-edge research in the field of Hybrid Intelligence.
Study Area: The scholarship focuses on the •multidisciplinary field of Hybrid Intelligence, covering emotion AI,
•learning processes, and
•perception engineering for AI-based solutions, especially in education and nursing.
As a doctoral researcher, you will be part of the HI •profiling research programme,
• conducting multidisciplinary research using advanced analytical methods,
•AI-driven learning analytics,
•and socio-technical systems for hybrid intelligence. The position involves teamwork, project management, and disseminating research findings in leading international scientific journals.
Eligibility:
Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in learning sciences, computer science, or a relevant field awarded not more than five years ago.
•A transdisciplinary research orientation, demonstrated research experience or interest,
•solid research and development skills, and excellent written
•interpersonal communication skills in English are essential.
