Eligibility:
- Recent PhD or PharmD degree from an accredited university (earned before fellowship start date).
- Preference given to applicants from outside the University of Michigan.
- Specify your preferred faculty mentor from Clinical Pharmacy, Medicinal Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Requirements:

- Application Letter/Personal Statement: Briefly state your desired start date and preferred faculty mentor (1-3 pages).
- Curriculum Vitae (CV): Outline your academic and professional background.
- Research Proposal: Describe your planned research project (2-3 pages, excluding references).
- Diversity Statement: Explain your commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (1-3 pages).
- Teaching Statement: Discuss your teaching philosophy and approach (1-3 pages).
- Dissertation Abstract (PhD) or Research Proposal (PharmD): Briefly summarize your research (1 page).
- Writing Sample: Showcase your writing skills (1-2 samples, 35 pages max., excluding references).
- Three Letters of Recommendation: Submitted within two weeks of your application.
