Eligibility Criteria for Bilkent University’s Fully-Funded International Scholarships 2024
- Attain a minimum CGPA of 2.80/4.00 for BSc graduate students at the time of application.
- Turkish citizens residing in Turkey require an ALES score of <55 (quantitative). For others, a GRE General Test score of 153 (quantitative) is mandatory. We encourage candidates with a strong background but falling slightly short to apply.
- Proficiency in English demonstrated through TOEFL IBT (at least 87), IELTS (average of at least 6.5 with 5.5 in each section), or Bilkent COPE (at least C).
- All nationalities are eligible to apply.
